For spiritual purification, sprinkle the Shankh with Ganga Jal or immerse it briefly in a mixture of rose water and cow’s milk. Place it near a lit diya or incense and chant “Om Gurave Namah” or “Om Namah Shivaya” 9 or 108 times. You may also leave it under full moonlight overnight to enhance its divine vibrations.
