To cleanse a Vaastu Kowdi (Kaudi), gently rinse it with lukewarm water mixed with a few drops of rose water or mild soap to remove dust and impurities. Use a soft cloth to clean and dry it thoroughly. For spiritual purification, place the kowdi on a clean cloth near a lit diya or incense. Sprinkle it with Ganga Jal or briefly dip it in cow’s milk or holy water. Chant a mantra like “Om Vastupurushaya Namah” or “Om Shreem Namah” 9 or 108 times to energize it. For enhanced positivity, place it under full moonlight overnight before using it in your home or puja space.
